Nice apartments but for the price its not really worth it unless you really love south wedge. Free laundry would be more worth it because the rent is overpriced. studio is 900 with heat and water...come on. No private gym :( They do keep up on the maintenance pretty well

Modern apartments in Rochester's (probably) coolest neighorhood. Hardwood floors, moderately updated appliances and spacious floorplans make it ideal couples and singles. Only drawback is the Lux - located right across the street - is super loud all night every night.
