This is, by far, the BEST pharmacy I've experienced in South Florida, or anywhere else for that matter Compared with Walgreen's and CVS, they are far greater in both service and overall professionalism. Yes, they have their busy time periods when you have to wait. And, yes, they might not carry a particular medicine. But, overall, the staff and their attention to details are absolutely amazing and first class. The one thing I cannot comprehend is the various one star and bad ratings that people have voiced within this website. In the 20-plus years that I've utilized this store's services, I experienced ZERO bad situations. I can't speak about the other Publix pharmacies, but I'm referring specifically to the one located in the Shops of San Marco at Lake Ida and Jog.

The new Asst RX Mgr stinks. Very dismissive and was not accountable for her or her staff. To boot a patient is not even able to escalate/share their concern at a higher level. Very sad. Will be pulling all scripts. You be the judge with your experiences.

Walk-In Care is a telemedicine service available at select Publix Pharmacy locations that connects customers with a licensed healthcare professional in real time. Publix partners with hospitals around the Southeast to provide Walk-In Care, a third-party service. Walk-In Care offers treatment for non-emergency medical issues such as allergies, sinus infections, earaches, bug bites, colds, and more. Available for patients ages two and older. The Moderna vaccine and the Johnson & Johnson vaccine are available to eligible individuals ages 18+ at Publix Pharmacy locations. The Pfizer vaccine is available to eligible individuals ages 12+ at all in-store Florida Publix Pharmacy locations and select Publix pharmacies in Alabama, Georgia, South Carolina, and Tennessee, while supplies last. The pediatric Pfizer vaccine is available to eligible individuals ages 5–11 at select Publix pharmacies, while supplies last. Publix has a limited supply of the pediatric Pfizer vaccine.
