Excellent location and friendly, responsive owners. We stayed in Room #3 and a/c working just fine. The room was clean and some coffee pods and creamer and water bottles provided. Bring a wine corkscrew, if needed. The beach is located in quiet section of Surfside.

The RV park is right on the beach! We booked site 14 and the walk to the beach is 2 minutes. We will definitely come back. The sites are level, concrete and clean. There's a fire pit surrounded by swings and lawn chairs and sitting around it at night with a fire, the beach waves and the stars was a favorite for our family! Its a simple park but great location. And any site you get is great. Book it before it's too late!

This is the second time we have come to this property with our motorhome and we have enjoyed both our trips as it’s not far from home and it’s right on the beach. The place is kept clean and the property is small and cozy. I like they are strict on policies as we are here to relax. The beach is kept clean and police are present so we feel like the price is worth the way we feel safe there. I’m thankful our friend found this little place and we meet up here. We don’t have children so it’s nice to talk to people in our age group and sit outside next to our RV and guests walk by and you start a conversation and meet new folks from all over. Last our little dogs 🐕 really like the place and we don’t worry about them so much as not much traffic and everyone seems to watch out for one another. Oh our friend had one of his friends stay at the small hotel on the beach and he said it was really nice and clean as well and his friend will book again this summer.

From the minute we checked in at the front office to the minute we left, we had a fantastic experience. The lady at the front desk was friendly and warm. Driving up you're met with a small, very well maintained RV park. The parking spaces face the beach and are right next to the hotel, making it easy to load and unload. There is a great community fire pit with large Adirondack chairs all around, but best of all there are 4 large wooden swing chairs. What a pleasure to hang out there and listen to the waves. There is a well-lit, roped-off path for guests for "The Breeze" that leads from the outdoor shower to the beach. Our room was on the top floor. Everything was meticulously maintained and clean. The room is better than a "hotel" room, it's more like a small apartment. The bedroom is separate from the living area and kitchenette. This was great because my husband could stay up late watching tv without disturbing me while I slept. In the living room, there is a large picture window and a glass framed door that let in all the sunshine and make it possible to chill on the very comfy couch and watch the waves and take in the view of the beach without even having to leave the room. Although if you step outside to the well-appointed front deck, they've put 2 tall beach style chairs with a connecting side table where you can set your paloma's/cocktails and enjoy the breeze and passing pelicans. They've also installed a wood partition between the other rooms for added privacy. All of the furniture inside is modern and comfy. The decor is rustic/beachy. With a Barnwood accent wall and a small electric fireplace that made the cool night warm and comfy. The kitchenette has a nice size mini-fridge where you can stock up on snacks for the weekend. There is a nice size counter, a microwave, and a bistro table and chairs tucked in the corner in case you want to have more of a dining experience. The bed was comfy with extra pillows and a quilt. The furniture is rustic/modern and very beachy. The bathroom is a good size and the sink area has a nice backsplash with a stone countertop. All in all, it was a great time and we can't wait to come back to the charming little gem. In fact, we've already booked another weekend.

Questions & Answers

My wife and I stayed here in September last year and we were wondering if there is any way we could tent camp on the beach here?

Tent camping is not allowed on Surfside Beaches, however, you can camp on the County Beach just outside of town.
