I probably would not have given 5 stars under normal circumstances. Rooms are actually clean and the management is very accommodating. The woman who works there is doing the breakfast area (cleaning tables, serving, making sure everything is restocked), she keeps the floors clean and she checks people in and out all by herself. She got our respect and for that 5*. Thanks.

Very nice room. Good location. It was a little noisy, though. This particular suite was directly over the office and laundry for housekeeping, as well as right over the busy street outside. I could hear everyone rolling their luggage into the office, to get to the elevator, all night long, and then the noises from the laundry in the morning, traffic noise, and the occasional siren. If I stay here again (very possible), I'll request a room toward the rear of the hotel.

We are so grateful to stay with Ramada on Cerrillos Road especially when we just came back from oversea. It is a five-star service with a two-star price. The staff members are all very helpful and friendly. We really enjoy their services. J & H

The room was good for the price! The shower had a great stream, it’s pet-friendly (I have a cat) and the faculty was polite and nice. I left very early in the morning before breakfast, but I do know they have a continental breakfast. Only downside is it’s directly on a main road where semi-trucks pass all night and the walls are very thin so I didn’t sleep well due to the traffic outside.
