The doctor who saw me was very nice and thorough. The girl who helped me pick out glasses and placed my order was new, but very friendly. However, that’s where the good experience ended. I was told the glasses would take 3-4 weeks. At week 4, I called to see if they had come in yet. I was told that they were broken upon arrival, and needed to order a new pair. I asked if i can get a refund and was told: “can’t refund anything over $100 without district approval and the lady isn’t in for another day or two.” I asked if the glasses would take another month. They promised to put a rush on it. It took just under 2 weeks. Picked them up right before going on vacation. Found out on vacation that the transitions were not added to my glasses. After vacation I took them back, asking for the transitions to be added. I was going to be charged an additional $69. I asked if I may just have my money back, I’d prefer to go elsewhere, by this time my glasses have taken 6 weeks, and still not what I asked for. The manager Meghan was called over, never addressed me, just relayed messages between the receptionist and myself. Once I actually spoke to her (Meghan) at her desk, I was told she couldn’t give me the transitions free of charge (even though I’ve been inconvenienced already), and that she can’t “refund anything over $100 without district approval and the lady isn’t in for another day or two.” I told her to keep the glasses and let me know about the refund. The next day she called me back and dealt with the glasses. I will never visit another Rosin eyecare anywhere, ever again.
