Yes there are 3 of them 1 behind the mall on Wilson road another out on 421 next to subway before you get to bamboo road and the one by Walmart just open back up on Friday

You need a prepaid sim card kit to be able to activate it properly. You can purchase in-store or order online or pickup in several retail locations. It is not recommended to use an old SIM card for a new account activation. It may be possible if you're super tech savvy but it's not recommended.
