The Hope Center does NOT provide abortions. They claim to provide medical services on their website but they do not provide abortions. If you are looking for an abortion or birth control options, please look for a real health care provider that emphasizes your choices in the matter.

A wonderful organization that serves women in and around Boone with free care for unplanned pregnancy. The staff are compassionate, knowledgeable and KIND. Highly recommend! Call them, they will help you!

I’m so grateful that we have this organization, Hope, in our High Country community that can provide care and support in a non-judgmental way to women who find themselves in a hard place with unwanted pregnancy. Truly, this place is the real thing.

If you are or suspect you may be pregnant, please visit The Hope Center in Boone, NC. You will receive compassionate support, with no judgment, in a warm and welcoming environment. The kind staff will provide accurate information on all your options, including abortion. All services are free, including pregnancy tests, ultrasounds and STI testing.

Hope Pregnancy Center does not receive any federal or state funding. We are 100% privately funded through the generosity of individuals and organizations.

Do you offer abortion or contraception services? What is your belief on accessible reproductive health care (abortion access) for women?

Hi Sally, We do not provide or refer for abortion services. We do offer free medical grade pregnancy testing, ultrasounds, and medical information on the abortion procedure so our clients feel equipped to make an informed decision about their reproductive health.
