Not impressed with the service department. They can't get the A/C to cool properly. Keep saying if I bought the car from them the service would cost less. Since they didn't have any cars when I bought this one that is a stupid statement!

It seems like they never have any openings on my days off which is really the only time I can bring it in, also since my car is a Volkswagen diesel it seems to be even more of a problem because they didn't have a diesel mechanic last time I was trying to get it looked at

If i could give out a medal for going ABOVE and BEYOND it would absolutely go to Marcos in Service! I was in a terrible bind. My husband went to work. Stopped in Trader Joe’s and the battery died. It was nearing 4 pm. He got a ride to work and had to leave the car in their (TJ)parking lot. I was home. I have Geico Roadside but I couldn’t meet them with a key. I called Marcos not knowing what he could do. If anything at all. He said “let me see what I can do!” He had the car towed to Honda First thing the next morning he personally came to my home to pick up the spare key. I told him that my husband needed the car by 10am. He had the battery replaced, drove back the car to my home all by 9am. Incredible. Blew my mind with his caring and sticking to his word. I’m Nordstrom trained in Customer Service so I’m always so thrilled when I see someone who really cares about the job they’re doing and the customers experience. I hope the powers that be see this review and commend Marcos greatly. Having someone you trust your car to is such a relief. Marcos has been taking care of my family for 5 Hondas now. About 10 or so years. In two Hondas. First in Honda of the Desert and currently in Unicars Honda. A zillion THANKS Marcos!!
