I got there about 5 minutes before the pharmacy closes and found that the RX was sent over to a different location. David was very nice as he offered he could get the RX ready at this location and got it ready in minutes. Thanks!

Manager on duty9/26/21 African America Male very poor costumer service skills . My husband left his wallet in the car . He told the manager he would be right back to get our groceries. How long are you going to be gone the manager on duty ask My husnsnd and my husband simply stated just to the parking lot and back .He returned there was no basket of Groceries the manager said I put in the back all the way in the back of the warehouse My husband said well can you go get it . He said I am busy I will send someone else . After sending two different employees to retrieve our groceries and returning with wrong basket. My husband said this is ridiculous you know where the basket is why don't you just get it. They can't seem to find it. One of the other employees on their third try finally came back with our groceries. This is not HEB I know . Vintage park needs to really take lesson on costumer's service skills from HEB in Magnolia, Woodlands or Tomball This not how you treat costumers unprofessional . Lack of caring never had such issues .

Everyone I come to pick up something everyone is so nice and helpful. This past Saturday I got my flue shot and it was super fast service. The pharmacist was very polite and everyone had great customer services which is rare now a days.

A week night dinner party sent me to HEB to grab some T-bone steaks. Along with the steaks, I purchased some sides and some ingredients to make a great desert. Imagine my shock when I got home and was in the middle of fixing my desert and realized I did not have the steaks I had purchased. To add insult to injury, there is no phone number on the HEB receipt..so I looked it up on my phone as I ran to the car, called and spoke to the person at the service counter. Told him what had happened. I told him what I was missing and how much I had paid for them. He told me that they had found them and had just put them back...I guess I hoped the logical thing would be that they would go and get them and at least bring them to a cooler at the front of the store...I got there and went immediately to the service desk to assume the wait as one clerk was helping a woman and there were two other folks in front of me. Momentarily another man came and assisted a woman and her daughter. The young girl wanted a straw..he gave her two, one pink and one yellow. The next man wanted lottery tickets...he bought two. When I got to the counter, I told him what had happened and he told me I needed to go and get them because they had been put back. By this time, I was sweating the time, I started to go and he said " you need to hold onto this receipt" Admittedly I grabbed it and said..."I am out of time" I took of running through the store. I immediately found one of the packages for the same amount but the other was gone...I dug and found another thinking it would be faster than having them have to go through the credit and reconciliation. I took off toward the front of the store briefly considering just leaving with the steaks and receipt but thought I should let them see that they were the same cost so I headed to the service counter. When I approached the same young man his comment totally shocked me "so are you going to grab your receipt out of my hand and be rude?" Wow...here I was the one totally put out by all of this and he thinks it's his job to school me about being in an hurry and a bit and I mean a bit frustrated...rude...hardly...he was the one that was rude!!! and he felt totally justified. He told me two customers said I was rude...but the problem is...there was no one behind me!!!! Needless to say, I spoke to the manager who told me that they would pull in the cashier...well honestly even though I was in a total hurry...her mistake was an honest mistake...the man behind the service counter however was an arrogant punk who had absolutely no idea what customer service is or he would have been helpful instead of confrontational..Obviously, his ego wouldn't allow him to be ...if someone just snatching a receipt because they were in a hurry bruised him so! I told him I would not be back and get this...He said "Good" Great customer service rep!!!!!!
