Frank, you probably should see orthopedic doctor first to rule out actual hip joint problem
That would be a neurosurgical procedure. We are neurological office and do not perform such surgeries.
He specializes in neurology, dealing with physical issues like brain disease and nerve disorders, rather than mental health.
