This place is terrible.... everyone there is very rude, very unpleasant to clients ... if you love and respect yourself a little, run as far as possible ... I was trapped for 8 days due to a strong snowstorm in early February 2022, I ended the seventh day in an ambulance with blood pressure 220 / 176 ... hell and I can say minus 5 stars about the staff ...

Absolutely deplorable conditions. Fans everywhere in lobby and intake because the a/c isn't on. I politely asked if where I would be staying would have a/c and was told... Oh, we have it. You'll have it. It just won't be on. OK it's fine if there isn't a/c but just say that. Ive never been more vulnerable in my life. The LEAST you can do is tell me what to expect in a kind way. I came with nothing more than a backpack, it's all I have. It took me longer than 5 seconds to set it down and I was told JUST PUT IT WHERE EVER. Then was made to feel unreasonable when I didn't have my ID on me... um you guys just basically ripped the back pack off my arm soooooo why would I have my ID on me?? I needed to use the bathroom and was expected to do so in a room with a door that didn't even latch with 15 unhealthy men seeking treatment 5 feet away. I was there for an hour and felt more unsafe than I ever did in my addiction. If your choice is this place or death... ok maybe do it. But if you can hold out long enough to find anywhere else.... DO IT.

The people that work here have lost touch with reality. Everyone does the bare minimum and it's always their co workers fault. If you didn't complement "miss Jane doe" on her hair before you asked ur question, they would have an attitude with you. "How dare you ask me to do somthing or make me do my job, don't you kno ur an addict and I'm better then you, ur less then me and you don't tell me what to do" this is the attitude I got with 95% of staff. But hey, they have methadone and this is why 99% of people go here

Methadone
Well, it is safe that is for sure. However in the men’s “dorm” it smells like feet and many of the people there do not take the program seriously. They also sleep 3-4 per room, so snoring or other peoples sleep schedules can bother you.
