From a far it looks like a beach but upon further inspection, it's covered in lots of pointy rocks and zebra clam shells (very invasive species). Highly recommend wearing water shoes if you plan on walking to the water, especially IN the water. My friend tried to tough it out without water shoes/chacos but once out of the water, he realized the bottom of his feet were cut up and had a little bit of bleeding. It was easy getting in and the guard was super nice. We had our printout for the dashboard and had a gate key so he let us in. There was a nice shaded area with a picnic table so we had a good lunch before going to the water. It was nice being on the water with the paddle boards but it was always in the back of my mind to not fall in so I don't get cut up by what could be below. Biggest concern is getting cut up by the rocks and clamshells. Not ideal for children in my opinion.

This was a very comfortable place, but be aware that there are no trees; when the lake is full, some of the park may be under water :-) , so no trees there. Because of that, make sure you bring a canopy! The area was very clean and smooth (rocky closer to the waterline); cars traveled over it easily. Lastly, please note that this is a private park and only open to the homeowners in the area. .

Can’t beat this private POA park. Closest this to a beach on the lake. The park gets bigger as the lake level drops which usually coincides with the summer. How perfect. Well maintained. It has a playground, pavilion, pot-o-potties, trash cans and bags supplies to clean up after your dog.

One of my favorite local spots. Can't beat a day at the lake. Many different options for hanging all day. Charcoal grills, kids playground, views, and boat ramp.

Yes. We just were there two weeks ago and we fished, kayaked, swam and sat in the water on our camp chairs. It is a great park.
