Very well maintained and clean. It's a vreat place for sporting events, and there's a small playground area for the kids. The parking situation could be better.

They really need to update the playground equipment. I remember playing on the things that are there when I was little. They are worn down.

There are creeks running throughout it, and Katy "lake" at the end of the nature trail. I think the lake would be difficult to access for fishing. It's left wild and overgrown. I'm not sure how good the fishing is, but there IS water if you can get to it. I would also consider that it's JUST downstream from the industrial district, and the fish might have radioactive superpowers...
