The people of Newton, Texas have done an amazing, and wonderful job of decorating their park with beautiful Christmas decorations. I urge people and families to visit Newton to see 1st hand the beautiful decorations. Just a few photos of about 100 in the park.

Enjoyed walking around the pond with my dog on leash.... and having 3 beautiful male mallad ducks swimming along with me the whole way!! Very cool!!!

Beautiful park. I drove up from Jasper just to get the heck out of the house and ended up in Newton. When the Park caught my eye I pulled over to check it out. Walked the entire path throughout.

Nice walking path, not generally crowded, lots of wildlife to see. Picnic tables are a bit too close to the road, so it's a little disturbing when trucks pass by. But overall a nice place.

According to the GPS on my phone, one lap of the outermost loop is just a hair over a mile. The inner loop is somewhere between .5 and .75 mile.
