Took 20 minutes to get food when the place wasn’t even busy, there weren’t any straws or napkins by the drinks, there was nobody behind the counter, customer service is horrible.

If this place wasn't a McDonald's it would have been shut down by now. 10 to 15 minutes wait EVERY time and food HAS to be checked. Didnt come to this one for over a year and went last week hoping things were better but nope. There's two other Mcdonalds in Plainfield that both care about their quality and quickness. The owner/GM needs to step up or more likely just keep giving people a half effort since they're making money anyways.

The drive thru was faster then most McDonald. The staff was friendly. The multiple trips out the window with one or two items instead of your whole order is where they need to improve. The food was hot and fresh.

The drive thru lines are long and cars do not flow through with the speed you would expect from a high volume fast food restaurant. The drive thru packs my order incorrectly 30% of the time. The lobby is now open and there are only a few customers in there. I suggest using the lobby.
