We've dined here a couple of times and are usually pleased with the food and service. It's not my favorite place as it is usually loud but my daughter wanted to go for her birthday the other day. We arrived shortly before 6pm on a Tuesday and were told that it would be an hour wait to be seated. Even though the parking lot was half empty, the only other people we saw potentially waiting for a table was a mother and daughter, and a large group (at least 6 people, I didn't count) was leaving just as we arrived. I also noticed that the restaurant was fairly quiet. On other occasions, when it is full, it is very loud. To be fair, the hostess takes your name and # so there could have been quite a few people who were on the list but had gone across the street to the mall while waiting. But I would assume that the lobby would have been full of people who's estimated wait time was almost up. I'm assuming that they must also be experiencing staffing issues like everyone else. Again, not their fault. However, I would recommend that you call ahead to get on the list if possible. I can't comment on the food or service this time because we decided drive over to the mall while we waited. Then we decided to check a local Italian restaurant nearby, which was able to seat us on their patio immediately so we ate there instead.

Arrived at 11:30 am on a Tuesday to an empty restaurant and a welcoming staff. Two of us were quickly seated in the bar area and our orders taken. Food arrived quickly, within 10 minutes. We both chose a spicy burger. The Heat or similarly named Burger. I ordered Onions Rings as my side for $1.49 extra. Lunch toddler $20 + tip. Good meal.

Don't be fooled...the parking lot was pretty empty, and I am thinking awesome minimal wait let me get my 4 young kids unpacked. The guy is like hi there is a 1.5hr wait, I repeat back cause I must have misheard as the restaurant is pretty bare and only 2 small parties in the lobby. He repeats 1.5 hours - we have reservations. There has to be a better way, basically all tables have a reservation and anyone physically there can't get in. The food when we have gone before is great, just hate for anyone else to make the effort to go and not be prepared for a ridiculous wait. Reserve ur seat apparently is the only way to eat there.

The burgers and endless fries are awesome! The only issue I had this time was my burger was not well done like I asked. I ate it anyways and it was still pretty good. Also the campfire sauce is good with the fries. Lastly, the oreo milkshakes are delicious! This is a good place to take the kids.
