The service was terrible. They first locked us out then unlocked the doors and let us in. The food was not good and it was cold. My son had a meatball sub and the meatballs were still cold he didn't even eat it. I love Quiznos but this location was a waste of my money.

It's the last Quiznos near Indianapolis. They are always fast and very nice. They always get my order correct also. Thank you!

Ordered curbside pickup because it was an option listed at their location and I have trouble walking. Was told that wasn't an option there so I ordered ahead for in-store pickup. Arrived to find out they never made the sandwich so I had to wait. (Was picking up on way to work.) When I mentioned that "if I knew you weren't going to make it for pickup I wouldn't have ordered ahead" I just received dirty looks. Another thing listed on their website but not actually done at this location. Food good, service....cheap and poor. I understand different cultures run their businesses differently but neither of these things would have lost them business or wasted time, effort, or product. The sandwich was very good though.

Not the beat sandwich kinda rude and felt like I didnt get much meat. Put olive on sandwiches I didnt want them too. Can see why they arent doing well vs subway and jimme john etc. Bread was good though.
