The food was good. I have been a customer of this location as long as they have been open. I took my daughter there today. THE PROBLEM IS THE CUSTOMER SERVICE. (Rude, stank attitude, unfriendly,) The beautiful lady with the hair net had a stank attitude, and even told my daughter that she refused to take her order until I moved my car. My daughter had walked up to the window.

....used to be kentuckys that was the chicken goto place,but now Kentuckys costs more,and the peices got smaller...and williams was friendlier, sooooooo...

They have a high turnover of workers which at times makes them seem like they don't know what their doing.they are not properly trained.
They're the same everywhere. Rude, inconsiderate & not courteous to their customers that are spending the money. "What Did I Miss"?
