Some food accessories they didn't have and while doing your order from the inside they didn't have no air conditioner indoors especially when I had my newborn baby in a pouch carrier I had to bring us out and let my daughter order first.

....so sad to say goodbye to someone you've been with for years...having said that,Kentucky chicken fell from my good graces at the second fry; the chicken itself only confirmed the decision...prolly shoulda visited this place looong ago...

I paid $13 for 12 gizzards where is my okra ...I didn't open the bag until I got to work ..it is sad I was there 20 minutes and still didn't get my full order.

Got my oder wrong after waiting 30minutes to get it. Part of the wait was due to chicken not being ready but this being on a Friday evening is still not acceptable in my opinion. Total confusion by employees not knowing what the customers ordered when food was finally brought out. This William's Chicken is located on Corinth & Morrell.
