Went to Verizon to upgrade my iPhone and Harley was great. Super helpful and friendly. Set my phone up for me at the store and made sure everything was transferred. Quick, easy and enjoyable. Would recommend this store to anyone!

Harley helped me with setting up my new iPhone and switching over from an Android while BOTH my old phone was broken AND the system for activating new numbers was down. Was patient and helpful the entire time and refused to stop trying until we were successful. Truly a gem of a person and made the whole process much less frustrating. I stopped in to pick my watch up at 6:50, the store closed at 7. Winnica assisted me right away no questions asked! She was so sweet and extremely helpful. Both Harley and Winnica stay 30 minutes past there shift, made me feel important, and both of there customer service was excellent! This store is lucky to have both girls working there!!!! Thank you for the over the top service ladies!!!!
