I placed an order over the phone. When I got there, the employee didn't seem to know exactly what I had ordered, as if he hadn't actually written down my order. I told him the items I had ordered and got my items and paid for my order. When I got home I realized that he had given me the wrong pizza. I had ordered an extra most bestest stuffed crust pepperoni and he had given me a regular extramostbestest pepperoni. I called and was told I could bring back the incorrect pizza to get the correct one. I told him it would be awhile before I could bring it back. When I brought it back an hour later, the employee took it and went to put it back in the warmer without even looking at it. I said to him "that pizzas no good". He looked at me and said "oh, it's no good?" And I said "no, I ate a piece before realizing it was the wrong pizza". They were about to try to resell this pizza that had been in my possession for an hour. No telling what I could have done to that pizza in the hour I had it. Even if I never opened the box, you can't resell it. As a side note, I ordered crazy bread and it was completely bland and flavorless. I remember when I was a child, little caesars crazy bread was so good. Now I may as well be eating a plain piece of bread. Either they changed the recipe or this location doesn't make it right. It was a very poor experience and I will not be going back to this location. I may give the Albany location a try. The Troy location needs great improvement and retraining.

Decent pizza for a cheap price. Staff was nice and the online order was on time. I would however recommend staying away from the chicken wings pretty small and poor quality.

Little ceasers is the best pizza ever espically their deep deep dish staff is very polite and I will definitely order from here again also have great prices

Their deep dish pizza is great, I always order the 3 meat and it is hot and fresh. It is one of the best quality pizza's in troy. The only complaint I have is that if you go in and order a simple cheese or pepperoni it's never "hot and ready." Last night I went in and ordered a simple pepperoni and I was told about 10 minutes, not really acceptable. However for specialty pies they are one of the best.
