Very rude staff- waited to take a shower & the cashier said we had to go to the back of the line to take a team shower after already waiting 45 min, last time I was here I waited over an hour for a shower, no water pressure-small lot not much parking, only 3 showers ☹️😟

Unfortunately I've had to layover here for my 34 hour reset. This pilot has to rank near the bottom. The restroom is completely wrecked with no paper to be found. The entire staff isn't doing anything with the exception of one guy cleaning showers. He can't get to the restrooms because he is constantly cleaning the showers. Don't be so nasty people. Clean this place up.

One of the worse Pilots I have been to, Rude staff, Dirty fuel Island, trash cans always full, long wait time for a shower (only 3 showers with 89 truck lot capacity) yet you see more more than 5 people working 2 at cash registers and three walking around Acting busy, I have been to the facility three tines , 2 times they canceled my shower before the 10 mins are up, and all three times shower was out if soap. On feb 12 around 04:00 PM I informed the cashier at the fuel desk of no soap yet mo response had to buy bar of soap for $3 and pay the same cashier. I really hope management or ownership will read this.

3 showers boy so get there early to wash that )&)) hot food and cold drinks parking is not the biggest see a few parked on the road look safe

Yes on both accounts. Smaller lot, and it fills up early.
We pulled in but very hard to get gas. We don't have a diesel truck so very hard to manuveur

Yes Rotterdam and castleton and pretty much all their stores and flying j truck stops. Castleton sells diesel at gas pumps but you have to fuel where big rigs fuel for def at pumps
According to Mike from that Pilot location, they do not. Arrowhead campgrounds in not that far, if u need services during the day.

What can a stay at home mom do who is new to Sharon Springs NY? Such as meeting other parents in the neighborhood instead of traveling outside of Sharon Springs often with these gas prices.
I don't think so. I think they just sell tanks already filled
