I have been in this Hospital a couple of times. The first was in the ICU Burn Unit after burning my hand pretty bad and needing a skin graft. I was there for 9 days and the level of care I received was wonderful. The second time I went to the ER was because my blood pressure monitor was giving me a very high readings consistently and I had a feeling of being tired the little light-headed so I was concerned. Turns out the blood pressure monitor I had was giving me wrong readings that were way higher than they should have been! Don't buy blood pressure monitors at a Walgreens or a CVS. Spend a little bit more money and get a good one like omiron evolv, that gives good readings and is even able to transmit data to your Dr (my cardiologist had a discount on kardia app for $60 a year, worth it!). New paragraph either to visit I was always treated like my health was their priority. Unless it's a gunshot wound, I would say it's worth the extra Drive to go to Torrance Memorial then the other two hospitals in Long Beach.

What is your question? If you think you were incorrectly billed, then call Torrance Memorial's Billing or Accounting Dep't., and talk with someone there.
Medical records is in the bottom floor of the building across from the hospital. Best thing to do is call the main number ask for medical records. Tell them who you are and when you want them. They will give you directions. Also take photo id with you. Cause you do have to sign for them.
Half an hour to 1.5 hrs. Very low wait times. Avoid peak times, 4 pm to 8 pm.
They will take any insurance. But you should contact your insurance company by calling the number on the back of your card and find out if they are CONTRACTED with your insurance. By law an emergancy room must take any insurance you give them the correct question to ask is always "ARE YOU CONTRACTED WITH MY INSURANCE"
