The new leasing assistant Brian has made my family and I’s experience here go from outstanding to poor. Originally moving in, Andrea the old leasing assistant was warm, welcoming, and always helpful. Brian has been nothing but nasty toward my husband and I, poor with communication regarding our lease and rent, and has had the nerve on numerous occasions to respond to our simple emails and and verbal requests - alongside face to face conversation with agitation and attitude. Although Vista has provided decent apartments with quiet living, we have decided that we will not be renewing our lease because there are places with equal if not better complexes and FRIENDLY and WELCOMING staff, far from nasty! Thank you Rita for managing as the landlord so well, but your leasing assistant will be the reason why many will leave.

I needed to move in quickly with my disabled son this past fall. Rita made sure everything was in order and ready for me to move quickly. Every call I make is responded to and issue resolved right away. Even through the heavy snow storms this winter the staff all stepped up to help me keep my son from being snowbound in his wheelchair. All are super friendly and go above and beyond for us! I’m SO happy we moved here and we’ve had the chance to meet such wonderful, caring and helpful people!

I moved in 5 months ago. The office staff is very nice and helpful. Rita the manager is awesome.. Maintenance is very prompt and courteous. Things are starting to get back to normal from covid. Which is awesome!!! I am also happy to be able to have my dog Its a great place to live!!

I recently moved to Vista Square and I love it here. The Manager, Rita has been wonderful to deal with handling all aspects of her job with ease and professionalism. She is responsive, helpful and a pleasure to deal with. The apartment itself is beautiful, comfortable and the complex is extremely well maintained. I would highly recommend this property to anyone who is searching for a wonderful complex to live in!
