The staff at Hope has always gone above and beyond to take care of me and my family. They truly care for their patients, they treated me like family. Victor has always worked with me on what insurance doesn't cover - over time we have become great friends. I wouldn't go anywhere else for my radiology needs.

For the most part I've always had a great experience here. You never have to wait long. And the staff is always great. I only had one crazy lady one time. Not a good bedside manner when they just talk about politics. 🤣 But I think every place you go to has one. But the gentleman that helped me today was awesome! He had a good bedside manner when you're dealing with these complicated issues they see in this type of place.

Go someplace else. I have had 5 appointments there and each one has been a problem. The wait time to get in is too long. The machines are not reliable, no back up generator when the electricity goes out. MRI Machine broken for one appointment, Mammogram machine broken for another appointment, electricity went out for another appt. Employees not trained for scheduling appts. Mammograms are at least 2 months out-- even diagnostic ones-- No sense of urgency-- just in case it might be Cancer. Had to reschedule Mammogram because scheduler was new and did don't know the procedure-- that caused another 3 week delay. Im picking up my files and going someplace else.
