Went in this evening when it was not busy and was surprised. The workers at the fabric counter were screaming and laughing so loudly with no concern for customers. The store was pretty messy as well. At checkout the girl working seemed annoyed but was pleasant enough. However, she was wearing a very controversial pin. I’m shocked a company would allow someone to wear something so controversial. I think I’ll stick to other craft stores for a while since Joann doesn’t seem to value customer experience.

They have a separate sewing center called Abbey's. They sell those kind of machines. There is a separate phone number for them.
You can download the app in your app store. Just search for joann (one word). You can also send a text to 56266 with the word "inspire". You can also go to www.joann.com and sign up. Lastly, if you're in the store, you can log into the free Wifi and sign up that way as well
