I seldom write negative reviews. I try to find the good, but this place was a real challenge. Good 1. Room appeared to be clean, but there was a dead spider in the shower and hair ball on bathroom floor. Expect a scorching hot shower with no cold water, and a minimal water flow. 2. The front desk lady was pleasant but overworked ,trying to fix booking problems with Park/Sleep and Fly. 3. Convenient with airport shuttle and the driver was efficient and pleasant. Bad 1. The place is run down, carpets are dirty, the shade in my room would not lower so I needed to put a towel over the window for privacy. One of the lights in the room didn't work. The TV did not work. 2. I do not like leaving my car key at the desk for the parking. It's hard to trust someone to drive my car to the lot. And not knowing where the location is, definitely doesn't help. Wherever that may be! It's definitely overpriced for the quality!!! I will not recommend or stay here again.

We rented a room with a king size bed approximately $200.00+ per night for my son and his fiance for 5 nights. The room was very small, over priced, linen was old, comforter was stained and bathroom was disgusting; worst of all my son and his fiancee were asked to leave the hotel 2 nights before check out due to an emotional outburst because of the death of her mother. Very upsetting. What makes matters even worse the hotel charged us for the Entire 5 nights! Ridiculous. They never returned our numerous phone calls ...still waiting for answers...stay away from this place! It's a dump for the price they charge and the way they treat you, SHAMEFUL! Awful management, they don't care 😪

It says "No" online but I have a small, certified emotional support dog. When I checked in I had the papers with me in case they asked, which they didn't. No one ever questioned me about him. I think if he's small, like under 20lbs you'll probably be ok. Not sure about larger breeds (unless they're a service dog or Emotional Support Animal. I don't think they can legally turn you away. Good luck!!!
I believe it's 11 but they are probably real flexible. We have always had great service. Also... In all our many visits there I am happy to report no bed bugs. I am a stickler and they must be too.

But you must call the hotel telling them you have arrived.
It's a very small parking lot. I doubt they allow it.
