Coventry Dental has the BEST staff. They are all very friendly and professional from check in to check out. They communicate exactly what needs to be done, and how to accomplish that. They let you know the exact cost of things getting done before the appt, so your not getting slammed with a big bill from your insurance co. when you leave, they work tirelessly with your insurance to get what the patient needs to minimize costs, they are awesome... When you walk in the door, they all acknowledge you by name, you are not just a number there AND they dont leave you sitting there for an hour in the waiting room causing more anxiety, they bring you right in and start immediately with your care. The Dr puts a plan in place with you on your needs, and follows that, you always know what is getting done next. That office is successful, because of the team of girls that work there, they are an asset to that group, and I have never seen such a cohesive group of professionals work together so well on whatever your needs are. When I called for an emergency appt. they got me in that day, so the Dr could address my needs, I didnt have to wait suffering in pain for an appt. ****One day I had an appt and called to cancel due to a vehicle issue, when I called, they offered to come transport me 🙂... Now THAT should show you exactly how caring all of the staff are.. Try em, you'll agree..
