Pool and Patio's service has really taken a dive. The quality of this company has fallen off. The team and staff were great, but lately the service has really taken a Dive. Pun was intentional. We've been customers for almost 10 years and over the years have had new liner, pool pump, sand filter, new loop loc cover and recently a nirvana pool heater. Pool and Patio has done all this work plus open and closed the pool for ten years. But recently the work done around our pool was shabby at best and felt the team could care less. They cracked our cement patio in numerous places and did little about it... having spend nearly 15K last year alone I figured they'd treat us a bit better. Some of the pool anchors slide right out - not that safe if the anchors don't hold. Sad to see when a good company goes bad. I won't ever work with them again - and sadly we tried calling them to close our pool - give them a final shot... (even though they aren't the cheapest) - they called back and said "sorry we're at capacity" - so much for trying to win back a 10 year customer. Over to Pool Doctor. RE the reply: Minimal help was provided, collars cover your mistakes - didn't fix the issue. Anchors are still loose & coming out. When asked why this happen they said your wife was home and heard us drilling. Terrible response to blame my wife. Again - this reply says it all - you discriminated us today after we looked into requesting your services - you were not booked. Gentleman had confirmed us for October closing and said November wasn't booked out yet... a call back within 15 mins and you said we're booked. Again Coventry families - this company has terrible service.

The staff at Pool and Patio center is very friendly and helpful. From start to finish, they kept in touch with me. Greggerson Construction Inc. and his team installed the pool, also very friendly and professional. (Awesome job guy's very greatful.) I would totally recommend Pool and Patio, and Lance Greggerson if your thinking about purchasing a pool or hot tub.

It was our first time in here today as new pool owners. We were a bit overwhelmed with a broken pool pump and the staff was so friendly and helpful. This will be our go-to place for all pool necessities!
