Everything about the process of boarding our lab was efficient and easy and the staff was amazing. I recommend taking your pet here when you need care for them while out of town. I checked with other places, and their prices are very reasonable compared to others. They also have deals .. we received a free night because our lab stayed over 6 days. She also received a complimentary bath for her 1st time being with them, as a puppy. The people who referred us, get a free night also. So they have ways to save. Plus we paid extra for water playtime, and our lab was too busy barking instead of playing, so they didn’t charge us for it. Showing they are honest. We wouldn’t have known, and they easily could have charged us still. The staff was so kind and obviously loved animals. One in particular, Sarah, took extra care in keeping us updated on how our lab was doing. The grounds and establishment are on a beautiful setting and well maintained. I was very pleased with every aspect, and my lab was well taken care of. We will use them again in the future for sure.

Missy did a great job on my cat. We were in and out quickly and the price was downright cheap. Zada Mae wasn't the least bit traumatized like I thought she might be with her first grooming.
