While they did a decent job at grooming our dog, it took them nearly six hours past his scheduled appointment time to actually get to grooming him. His appointment was at 11:30am and we called several times throughout the day. He ended up getting cut around 4pm and we got him home around 5:30. Why even bother with a scheduled time if you're overbooked to the point of not starting until four hours after the agreed time? And thats not even the worst part. When we brought him home, he ran straight to his water bowl and drank two full bowls of water, suggesting that they did not give him any water the entire day and most probably did not take him outside. I understand having busy schedules, but at the very least let us know theres going to be a wait.
