Visited this store to take care of issues with my phone and ended up killing 3 birds with one stone. I payed my phone off,paid my bill and ended up getting a brand new phone. Ticha was everything that you could ask in customer service. You took her time in making sure that I was taken care of before I left that store. I am completely satisfied with my new phone. I went here just to pick up a modem for internet. The lady inside added tv to my account after telling me about channels for 20 seconds. I told her I already stream. Next thing you know, I get charged for tv. I spend 30 minutes on the phone to get this removed and they say I have to call back again 3 days later to remove, and waste even more of my time. This situation reminds me of street sellers putting a bracelet on your hand and trying to charge you for it. So shady and wasted so much of my time. Update: its one week later and I'm still having trouble removing this from my account

Ever since Spectrum took over TWC their local office has been going down hill. Try their 800 number and see if they can get you the information. Good luck...

Basic tv normally around $69 We have tv(3 rooms), Internet/wifi, and home phone. Which is around $111.00 per month

Yes they have phones, you can buy your phone from them with there services and insurance. Payments separate from your spectrum service. Price not bad.
