Dog friendly, but not really. They allow dogs, but the surrounding area has no place for a dog to go to do it’s “business. The designated dog area is a 1’ by 3’ piece of dirt by one of the back entrances. The parking lot backs up to a wooded area but it is completely inaccessible by a 3’ retaining wall. I was on the first floor, which has no access to the ground below so I had to take an elevator to the fourth floor to gain access to the outside parking lot mentioned above. Hotel not much better for people. Water was hot, shower head could not be adjusted at all. Mattress was a lumpy spongy mess. Breakfast was waffles only. Room smelled like stale smoke, even though it is supposed to be non smoking. On the plus side, staff friendly. Though I faced the freeway, the soundproofing was good and could barely here the freeway.

I stay in this hotel weekly for work. The rooms are basic but clean. Some rooms better than others. Some have poor water pressure and others have great water pressure. It's the luck if the draw. Otherwise a very pleasant stay.

Found some kind of bug in our bed, at first wife thought it was a roach and freaked out, turns out it was a praying mantis (didn't even know those lived in Washington also it was brown for some reason) when I brought it to the front desk they put it in a bag and didn't offer us anything like to switch another room or whatnot, even though we were telling them we were considering checking out at 8 pm and going elsewhere after finding this odd bug literally inside of the sheets of the bed. This is poor customer service, instead of trying to retain the customer they just said "oh that's gross, I'll tell someone but okay bye"

Rooms are so far away..and no vending machine for snacks, or food. It would be nice if there was a way to get change for the soda machine.... The breakfast buffet is closed at exactly ,9:01am and if you're in there they'll snatch the food up and put it away as your walking to grab anything... The front desk is nice and the house keeping is good...
