Update: oh my! She has just proven how right I am with her response below! LOL! The owner is very unprofessional!!! No showed and no courtesy call for my appointment last Saturday august 20 2022. Left her 2 messages one at 10am and at 1040am. No return call. I thought maybe she had an emergency. No apology. Nothing!!!!! I guess she feels entitled since she’s the only dog groomer in the upper keys. Then online bashing started in “what’s up Florida keys” against me and she encouraged it. Drama!!!!! Be careful, that’s what you’ll get from this business owner!!! I usually go to ruff spot but they closed. I was going to try her but I got a terrible first impression. I’d rather go to Tavernier than take my dog to her! If she treats her clients this way, I wonder how she treats her clients dogs? Been in key largo for 23 years and never did I ever experience such rude behavior from a biz owner. Businesses come and go. She needs classes in customer service!
