Whenever I need assistance with an issue no one calls me back. This is the worst healthcare out of any place I have lived. I do appreciate Dr Mann but I am betting he does not even know his patients call. Also, I am repeatedly charged out of pocket for routine lab work.

I went in to get a prescription refill for my mom and started talking with the nurse who works with my mothers doctor. I was telling her how I was going to be coming with my mom to her appointments now and I was taking care of her meds. She told me that my mom's doctor was retiring and a nurse practitioner was going to be taking care of my mom now. I asked if my mom had any appointments coming up soon and she made one for an introduction visit. Triss was her name I think and she was very nice and helpful.
