Today 07/15/2022 . I drive by culver's and there electronic sign says open 10:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. It is 10:27 and unlike the sign says, they open at 10:30 ,(apparently the education system has failed),I wait outside until the doors open,an employee let's a customer in. I assume culver's is open for business now, but we know what happens when you assume and the doors are still locked ,so I knock on the doors and eventually the girl lets me inside. I order my food and I am charged for two drinks that I did not ask for. In her defense I am a little hard of hearing, but the kids today seem like they mumble (speak up)! I am not saying they were all inefficient ,and the food was good, but if your going to have a business, you should at least know what time you open. I at least didn't have to hear the excuse (WERE UNDERSTAFFED) I don't want to hear that excuse anymore! especially when I pay over $30.00 for a meal for two.(JUST PLUCK YOUR HEAD OUT).

What's up 🕵with the pull forward lanes. 🚗 🚗 🚗 You do a upgrade as offer two order lanes to have each customer have to pull forward and wait...🤷 What the buttered-bun-pickled-hamburger is this?? Food is good..worth 🌟 🌟 🌟but the pull forward lanes brought you down one 🌟.😳

Might be good food but the pulling up and making you wait for 10 minutes after being in a drive thru line for 10 minutes is not necessary. Service should be faster especially when you see others getting their orders and leaving while you're still waiting and it was not special it was just 2 butter burgers. 20 minutes is uncalled for unless customers are going to order 25+. The lady at the window kept saying its just 2 minutes, and thats the longest 2 minutes ever.

What started out as a bad, disappointing and frustrating experience was turned around by the manager who was on duty the evening of May 17th. Went through the drive through paid and my sister and I were on my way just to discover no fries for my order no mustard and no utensils for her coleslaw and the was lukewarm. We went back. I went in asked for the manager and the young man was understanding and remorseful, he took charge of the situation he personally remade the order. We got hot fresh food, also he threw an applesauce and 2 coupons for a free dessert. This young man saved the day. That's what I call excellent customer service.
