The one star is for the physical therapists. The nursing staff is very inadequate, understaffed, disorganized, abrupt, rude. I had to tell 3 nurses the correct method of giving a steroid inhaler. After 2 days they ran out of one of my medications because someone forgot to order it. And the list goes on.The 5 days days I was there I was afraid I would end up back in the hospital because of their mistakes. Overall, a frightening experience.

I am writing this as a daughter, who's Mom was in the Rehab for 3 1/2 weeks. I have never seen more disorganization, lack of employees and low moral of the employees in my entire life. She was there mainly for PT. They moved her from one room to another and she missed a whole days worth of PT because they lost her in the system..thought she went home. Patient's are made to wait 30-60 mins to use the restroom. You push the button and no one comes!! They had COVID in the building for 3 weeks while she was there. Not once did anyone make me write my name down,answer Covid questions nor take temp or make sure an N95 mask was on. The staff is overworked and they have too many patients per assistant. You can not provide good care with 12-13 patients per one girl. I can write many more things but this just highlights some. This facility has gone down hill in the past 6 months!! Very sad!!

The stat is rude and in considerate. They not even speak to or if they do it rude. You need training how your patients. And need to check on every patient every half hour to hour. Even just to say how are you or need anything. Most the it takes over an hour to get a nurse

When I broke my ankle in August of 2018 I stayed here for 2 weeks. The staff was so pleasant. The therapy staff is excellent! There were activities, occasional entertainment, and church services.
