I wish I could give this facility no starts . My Mom had horrible care at this facility. My Mom would be severely sick and they still wouldn’t notice. My Mother’s health has severely declined since her stint at this facility. The DON needs to be removed she does nothing but sits in her office and talk to the staff . My family and I had so many concerns about her care , but when the questions were not what she wanted to answer she would want to talk to her POA. The state needs to go in the place and do a clean sweep . I’m definitely making several complaints to Public Health.

Staff is not very helpful when I called in for inquiries. I was transferred 4 times and was kn hold for over 15 minutes. I hope when I drive a great length to visit my loved one I have a much better experience.
