I give 5 star's, only because I can count on 1 hand how many workers actually did their job's ! My sister Lamario , was treated well by a few, but mistreated by many . I was active in her care so that played a big roll .

My sister in law is currently a resident here. I am more than pleased with the treatment she is receiving. She was recently transferred from another facility that did absolutely nothing, but maintain her condition. She has thrived since she has been here. They work with her on a daily bases and have done wonders for her in 3 weeks. The staff is beyond friendly and eager to assist and answer any questions.

Willow Creek is a horrible place for anyone to have to be a patient. My Beautiful Wife Beth was a patient there from December 2018 til October 2019 and was abused most of the time she was there... They didn't keep her clean at all. Six UTIS in less than 5 months that caused her to be sepsis and in ICU every time... Employees don't care about the residents and are rude... If you care about your family and friends please don't put them in this place... Don't know how they are still in Business the way that they care for patients...
