These apartments are a joke. My wife and I chose to live in a non-smoking building and signed a non-smoking agreement. You are not supposed to smoke anywhere in range of one of those buildings. They just recently put a cigarette butt container right outside the building. Now all you smell is smoke when you walk outside or on the balcony. It can take as much as four months for a simple work order to be carried out so pray there is nothing wrong with your apartment. Just recently found out they are accepting Section-8 which must be the reason for all the noise that takes place at night now. It's almost impossible for my daughter to sleep on the weekends. Lease runs up in a few weeks and I can't wait to get out. They require you to give detailed bank statements every year so if you like your privacy I would keep away from here. Think twice before leasing, seems nice at first but once you live here long enough you will see my side of things.
