If I could leave a zero star review I would. Do not go to this store. The sales people are not honest. I asked for a black Samsung watch and they sold me a gray one without opening the box in front of me. Then when I went to return it to swap it for the black one the very next day they wanted to charge me a 50$ restocking fee for their mistake. Very unprofessional and very poor customer service. I reapeat.....DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE!!!

You have four Verizon stores in the area: Corporate store on Route 520, 6 pm Authorized retailers: - BJ's Club closes at 7 pm - Titusville Verizon 6 pm - North Courtenay 6 p.m. I prefer to Titusville Verizon because they give you more help. Plus they're rated five stars!
