We have used Pinch A Penny Merritt Island for the last 5 years and are very happy with their friendly knowledgeable staff! Whenever we have a question they go above and beyond to help us find an answer and they always follow through. They are very honest and thorough. We'd like to give an extra shout out to Cynthia who has maintained our pool for the last few years and does an excellent job and shows total commitment to her customers! I would totally recommend this company to service your pool for repairs and to get your supplies from!

The wholesale cost of Chlorine tablets is currently $1800.00 per TON. That equates to about 90 CENTS per pound. Why the hell are they charging $122.00 (purchased 20220730) for 15 lbs? Would someone from Corporate please call me and try to convince me that such a business cares about it's customers? That same bucket cost their "parent" about $9.00 (and that's giving them the benefit of the doubt). I've been buying from them for 20 years now and I will NEVER spend another dime at that store. Everyone should follow my lead. I can give you options.

BEWARE, deceptive & dishonest business practices; pool service tech arrived, sat in truck for 6 minutes, and left - no service, didn’t even exit the truck - AS SEEN BY MY SECURITY CAMERA. Store manager defends employee with old pictures of my pool that have no valid date/time stamps, loads of lame excuses, and insists service was done. Owner Pat made aware of issue - and has no response other than “here’s what you owe”. They want me to think my eyes and camera’s eyes are lying. “The eye never lies”. They are stealing from their customers - charging for pool service they don’t perform. They are fired!!! I’m Switching to a reputable, honest pool service. Store owner & manager doesn’t care - but I’ll forward my camera clips and info to corporate to see if they care. Got new pool service and after they checked the pool they reported it was a mess - no chlorine, salt cell is damaged and not producing chlorine (black algae forming, and they actually stated, “appears that the pool hasn’t been serviced in a few weeks”. EXACTLY right: pinch-a-loaf takes your money but doesn’t service the pool. Thieves.
