I bought my car from them on 10/8/22 and no later than 10/18/22, hardly two weeks later it just died in the middle of driving on the highway. Now it's 10/24/22 and I'm still unsure if it's been looked at by anyone there. Little to no communication except for when I have to call them to check up on the status of my vehicle, no loaner vehicle, and I'm sure that I will still be responsible for the $100 deductible for their $2500 total coverage plan on top of a $13,000 vehicle. Go somewhere else for your money.

Buy from laura ram. Much better. And thier prices are better.Overall. About the same as any dealer. No better. I bought a new 17 ram. And several otheres. Spent thousands of dollars here. Never again. Cause I was tired of buying used trucks and having to put money into it. Now I like my new truck except for the fact it doesn't drive straight. It likes to wander to the left to the point I don't want to drive it. Have had it at dealer for alingment which I can't say for they did it as I received no before and after print out and it still tracks left. I have retured it twice and they do not want to adjust the alingment to make it stay straight. And if course I get. It's fine as it should be. No vehicle should ever go to the left as that would be into oncoming traffic. So now I am at the point of saying why did I buy a 50g. Truck that won't stay in lane. I myself have worked for several dealerships and know first hand. They will only fix it if they can get payed by warranty. Otherwise they will just tell you. Nothing wrong with it crooks like most dealerships.spend your money at a much better dealership. Laura ram will beat thier price everyday on the same vehicle. Managers will lie to your face and scalp you on your trade.

I had a brake job done with rotors all the way around. A few days after my abs, brake, and anti-skid lights were on then went back off. A week later they came back on and was on a few hours. Being that I had to take my truck twice back there to fixed the squeaking and noise after a brake job was annoying enough, now to tell me that it’s not their fault that the lights come on. Please I will get some other opinions and if they are the cause there will be a situation. Update: 10/07/2022 From the last conversation with this company every time I had to contact them to see what progress has been made. A couple attempts they wanted to call me back and I am still waiting. As far as my abs sensor they still are not taking fault and refuse to take care of the issue, my 900 brake job and the brakes are to this day squeaks. Horrible, horrible experience, I will never take my vehicle to this and any David Taylor Chrysler franchise again.

You would need to call the parts department with your VIN so they can make sure to look up the right key and any programing needs. Also, you will need proof of ownership ( typically drivers license and registration) to get the key cut.
Most of the time changing the battery doesn't clear the programing.
