This is NOT a good place to swim. Many people drown here. It's scenic and there is a boat launch. However, many of the pictures people have posted here are not of Rockford Beach at all, but of pictures they have snapped on other parts of the Big River.

This location has a boat ramp and a large boulder dam. Looked like good fishing, didn't get a bite though. Water is deep going south and you need a boat. Going north you can wade quite far along the river.

No camping allowed. The closest public camping near the Big River would be at Washington State Park I believe.
5 dollars a car 2020 will be going up to 10 dollars a car load
Its posted when you drive in that pets are not allowed
There is no store here.. But is your refridgerator running? Better go catch it!
