If you are in need of help with a difficult situation or you need help fast you maybe at a out of luck because they don't call you back and then they send you a letter saying your case is closed because they was trying to contact you or they will send you some websites that you are unable to navigate and at the end of it all you will need a lawyer to write up the paperwork for some things to put into the court because they have to be put in as a legal format with codes you may or may not know ask them for their grievances process in order for them to help you because they will legally put in paperwork in a foul with your name on it claiming they tried to help you or they try to reach out to you which neither one happen
