People don't rent anything from rent n center! The management is terrible and the customer service! I will never get anything from them again! I got furniture a love seat already torn I had to buy black furniture tape to. The couch has ripped its used but I just paid it off. I have contacted them and nothing was done. They never called me or anything! So once your stuff is paid off you don't get any help from them! This is embarrassing! Am 😡 to say the least! If you miss a payment they calling you like you stole something mind you I have been with this company for awhile, and if I don't pay that day I'm paying on Friday. I need a new loveseat and i don't have money for another one! This place is sorry! And I called that # no one has called! A bunch of lairs

Just didn't have any good experiences with this company. They were to deliver a refrigerator and I was donating my old one to a friend who didn't have one, an hour before delivery time I put all of my meat in a cooler and all my items out and my friend took it, Rent a Center never showed, called the store and was told there were no employees to deliver, which I understand, but for Pete's sakes, it takes 2 mins out if your day to call the customer the first thing in the morning to tell them it can't be delivered. So, my food spoiled, no big deal to them. Then, I had 1 payment left on my washer and dryer and the washer quit, took over 8 months of constantly calling and being lied to, as I checked out their story with the place they have repair their washers, was told they never called them and someone ALWAYS answers the phone during business hours and they had no work order. I had to work with the district Manger, who was very helpful, to get a different washer. I understand they are short staffed and the manager has alot on his plate but don't lie to me and don't push me off, I paid twice as much for the set as I would've had I been able to buy it outright, I think customers deserve much better than that. I have gone to Aaron's and they are completely amazing!! They are here when they say they will be, never canceled and prices are wayyy cheaper!!
