Took my car there for one tire.. said right rear, they immediately looked at the wrong one.. I pointed out, again, the one I needed change.. it was the only one showing belts.. they called, said it was done.. got there and found they replaced the front left tire and i asked them to put the old tire back on the right rear because they changed the wrong one.. while I was pointing at the tire, they started taking off the right front.. then I, again said no this one, then they tried changing the left front. And while I was waiting, they made sure to play on their phones before they finished.. then i checked the pressure on the two they took off and both at 45psi which is bad for a tire..horrible service and the worst shop I've ever been to

They have a certified tech I do believe.
Either the customers wait in their car while the service is being done, or they wait outside, or they can come into our waiting area inside the building if it is cold. I have my mask on as I am writing this post. Hope this answers your question.

I've never had a problem with tires not being in stock. Usually $30-35 each for used tires.
Got 4 good used tires for my Chevy Trailblazer for 190
$40 per tire, installation is also included
