The young lady was very helpful. She was attentive to our self-service needs. It wasn't a lot of people in the store. Because we used the self-service copiers there wasn't a wait, even when we had to switch to another copier. My experiences have always been pleasant thus far. I'm usually able to find what I need.

I was at the Staples (Hamden) store. I had to print out several different things there & had no idea on where to begin. So I was assisted by Loralice Citron. She was so helpful, polite, and patient with me.

This store is horrible. The employees literally do the bare minimum, if that, when it comes to assisting customers. Quite a few of them don't want to check overstock or the back for supplies and at Copy Center, you have to wait a good 3-5 minutes to be helped. I guess they just hope if you wait long enough you'll either leave or check yourself out ..? I don't know. At least acknowledge customers and let them know you'll be with them in a minute. When did customer service get this low?? IF YOU WANT A STORE THAT IS GOING TO FIND YOU WHAT YOU NEED OR THE CLOSEST THING TO IT, AND ASSIST YOU WHEN YOU NEED IT IN ALL DEPARTMENTS, GO TO THE STAPLES IN STAMFORD!!!! IT MAY BE A DRIVE BUT IT'S WORTH IT!!
