I have rented with AH4R for a few years now & have been happy with my experience. I do believe that my experience has been so great, due to the AMAZING Tea Jihad!! I would like to express my appreciation for her! This woman deserves a medal!! She is extremely understanding, kind & helpful in anyway possible. She definitely goes above & beyond & does her job with her whole heart. It's obvious that she loves to help people & it shows in her wonderful customer service skills. Anytime, I have to reach out to her regardless if it's by phone or email, she responds in a timely manner with all the information needed & solutions to any problems we may have. I have been in Florida for 3 years now and have dealt with a few Rental Property companies and AH4R is by far the best. The customer service and support is great. I spoke to 3 different reps and they all were able to pick up were the other left off (they shared great notes) and handle by questions each time. The only reason I didn't give them 5 stars is the hold time to get to a rep was very long. I guess if they are the best in town everyone wants to talk to them. Thanks you Shamya, and Heidi, and Laurie. Appreciate all your help!!!!

Diana DeAngelis was absolutely fantastic. She was super friendly and on TOP of it! Communication was great and she responded quickly to all of our emails. The process of getting our rental was quick and not stressful. Within a few hours, we were in underwriting and got approved later that evening.
