This is by far the worst post office in Norfolk it’s rarely open and when it is their always on lunch break, seem like only 2 older women work there and they give very tired and frustrated vibes. One time I walked in with 5 packages and one of the lady’s said and I quote “not you again” and she wasn’t even joking .. long story just go to the one on tidewater and save yourself a trip

Everyone except the older Black lady is rude as hell.You go in there and theres nobody at the front but I can hear people,so i ring the bell,nobody says anything,exactly 7 minutes later i ring it again thinking they didnt hear it,I get the worst attitude back."Im coming!!" It always seems like im in the wrong by going there,The customer service is garbage,and it takes a lot for me to complain because im a very patient person.But its almost tonthe point where i just dont want to go there because you feel like they just dont want you there.Either do our job properly or quit.You chose a customer service job...you have to act a certain way.I cant stand customer service so i work with animals.

This place is a nightmare!!!! Go to any other post office in norfolk. I had the misfortune to move to this areas post office and it has taken over a month and still have not received keys to my box. In addition they have lost my mail they were suppose to be holding while I waited on keys. Even though i filled out three different forms to get keys they still put the wrong address. When I attempted a second pickup they were closed for lunch for well over an hour. My bf just stopped by to check and they were extremely rude and told him if he hasn't received a call then they weren't ready.

Since moving to Norfolk I have been having boxes of personal items shipped to me from my home state. I am receiving boxes that are marked fragile delivered on their side or upside down to my property with broken items inside. What is the point of marking them fragile if they are not treated as such??? EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED
